Every morning, I get out of bed at around 6 a.m. to the best greeting imaginable from my puppy, Mia, a brindle Bull Terrier who sleeps beside my bed.
She is an absolutely wonderful little girl.
Honestly, she has so much energy that even the Duracell Bunny would probably be jealous. And the amount of affection she gives me every single morning is something my wife says she wishes she could bottle and sell.
After the morning excitement settles down, it’s off to the kitchen to start the day properly with a glass of warm water and lemon juice.
That simple little routine helps rehydrate my body after a night’s sleep and gets my system moving before the day begins.
Only then is it finally coffee time.
And after that?
Straight to the computer to check emails, see what happened overnight, and start building the day ahead
When I opened my email that morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see two new emails from LiveGood waiting in my inbox.
Both emails were notifications telling me that two new people had pre-enrolled and that I should follow up with them.

That takes time.
Whereas, if you continue showing up regularly, something very different starts to happen.
People begin recognizing your name.
They start seeing your posts repeatedly.
They become familiar with your story.
And slowly, trust begins to build.
That’s when people start paying attention to what you are promoting.
One of the biggest mistakes people make in online business is expecting instant results. They post three videos, write two Facebook posts, and then quit because nobody joined immediately.
But building any business — online or offline — takes consistency.
Success usually comes quietly at first.
A few views.
A few clicks.
A comment here and there.
An email lead.
A conversation.
And then, over time, momentum begins to build.
The truth is, most people quit long before the results ever have a chance to show up.
That’s why consistency matters so much.
Not because you need to be perfect.

And if you can manage it, posting twice a day can be even better because it keeps you visible and gives people more opportunities to discover your content.
Platforms like TikTok and Instagram especially reward consistency.
In fact, on those platforms, creating three short videos a day could dramatically improve your reach over time.
Now before you panic and think that sounds impossible, let’s break it down realistically.
Three short videos can easily be created in about an hour during the morning if you plan ahead and keep things simple.
You do not need expensive equipment.
You do not need a professional studio.
And you definitely do not need to be perfect.
Most people are simply looking for someone genuine who shares useful information consistently.
One of the smartest things you can do is create your content in batches and schedule it throughout the day. That way, even while you are busy working, relaxing, or spending time with family, your content is still out there working for you in the background.
That’s how momentum starts building online.
One post becomes ten.
Ten posts become one hundred.
And eventually people begin seeing you everywhere.
The people who succeed online are not always the smartest people or the most talented.
More often than not, they are simply the people who stayed consistent long enough for the results to finally catch up with the effort they were putting in.
